Welcome to Greg’s Mower Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and the sales, parts, service, and repair offered by Greg’s Mower Shop, LLC (“Greg’s Mower Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting a contact or service request form, purchasing equipment or parts, dropping off equipment for service, or otherwise interacting with our business, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. About Greg’s Mower Shop

2. Eligibility and Account Information

To purchase equipment, order parts, or authorize service, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form, completing a sales or service order, or otherwise communicating with us. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date so we can reach you regarding your order or equipment.

3. Sales, Parts, Pricing, and Availability

Prices for equipment, parts, and labor are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time of sale or service authorization. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, cancel an affected order, or refuse service, even after an order has been submitted. Availability of specific models, parts, or used equipment is not guaranteed.

4. Service, Repair, Estimates, and Authorization

When you drop off equipment for diagnosis or repair, you authorize Greg’s Mower Shop to inspect the equipment and provide an estimate. We will not perform repairs exceeding any agreed estimate threshold without your authorization. By authorizing a repair, you confirm that you are the owner of the equipment or have the owner’s permission to authorize work. A diagnostic or bench fee may apply whether or not you proceed with the recommended repair. Repair timelines are estimates only and may be affected by parts availability and workload. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, prior repairs performed by others, or damage that becomes apparent only during disassembly.

5. Payment and Deposits

Payment is due in full upon completion of service or at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require a deposit before ordering special-order parts or beginning certain repairs; deposits for special-order parts are non-refundable once the parts are ordered. We accept the payment methods displayed at our shop or communicated at the time of sale.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

New equipment and parts may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty; warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms, and Greg’s Mower Shop does not extend or guarantee any manufacturer warranty beyond its stated terms. Unless otherwise required by law:

Labor: Repair labor is not refundable once performed.
Parts: Installed parts are non-returnable. Uninstalled parts in original, unopened, resalable condition may be returned within thirty (30) days with proof of purchase and may be subject to a restocking fee. Special-order parts are non-returnable.
Used equipment is sold “as is” unless a written warranty is expressly provided.

Any warranty Greg’s Mower Shop offers on its own repair labor is limited to the specific terms stated on your invoice.

7. Uncollected and Abandoned Equipment

Equipment must be picked up within a reasonable time after notification that service is complete or that no repair will be performed. Equipment not collected within sixty (60) days of completion or notification, and for which charges remain unpaid, may be deemed abandoned and may be sold or otherwise disposed of to recover unpaid charges, to the extent permitted by applicable law, including any applicable mechanic’s or repairman’s lien statute. You remain responsible for any balance that exceeds the proceeds of such a sale.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through a form on our Site or in person and consenting, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Greg’s Mower Shop, LLC about repair status, ready-for-pickup notifications, appointment and service reminders, payment receipts, parts availability, and order updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you may request help by replying HELP. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the account holder of the mobile phone number provided, or have the authority of the account holder to consent to receive SMS messages.

9. Safe Operation and Assumption of Risk

Lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death if used improperly. You are responsible for reading and following all manufacturer manuals, safety warnings, and operating instructions before using any equipment purchased or serviced by us. Greg’s Mower Shop is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper operation, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or failure to maintain equipment. Servicing equipment does not guarantee fitness for any particular use beyond the specific work performed.

10. Conduct and Refusal of Service

Greg’s Mower Shop reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or remove any person from the premises for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with a safe and respectful environment.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, video, logos, and graphics, is the property of Greg’s Mower Shop, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of this content without prior written permission.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greg’s Mower Shop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except for any written warranty expressly provided on an invoice or as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greg’s Mower Shop, its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, our services, or any equipment purchased or serviced. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Greg’s Mower Shop for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greg’s Mower Shop, LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site or services, or any injury or damage caused by your use, operation, or misuse of equipment purchased or serviced by us.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Christian County, Missouri, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice via email or SMS.
